DR. CHIRUMAMILLA RECIPES WITH PEAS ( BATAANEELU )

1 . RECIPE FOR CHICKENPOX MARKS AND PIMPLE MARKS

peas  -  50 gm
water  - adequate

grind the peas and boil in the water , make it half , then filter the juice , and wash the face with this luke warm juice.

uses  -  chicken pox and pimple marks will be removed in the children.

2 . RECIPE FOR HIGH CHOLESTEROL

raw peas   -  50 gm
water  - sufficient
cinnamon powder  -  1/4 spoon
salt  -  1/2 spoon
peppers  -  1/2 spoon

grind the peas , add water  , boil well, make it half , then add cinnamon, salt , peppers , make soup and take daily.

uses  -  reduces high cholesterol.

3  .  RECIPE TO CONTROL  ANGRY AND ANXIETY

fry the peas for some time and eat slowly..

uses  -  relieves angry and anxiety.

4 .  RECIPE TO GET ENERGY

raw peas  or peas soaked in water for 24 hours.

boil the above peas and eat.

1 . FOR TIREDNESS DUE TO SUMMER HEAT.

jowar flour
sugar - adequate
water - adequate

make wet jowar with some water , then fry them and make jowar maramara  , grind these into flour , add water and sugar , boil for some time ,  make jaava ( sweet dish ) and eat this.

uses  -  reduces excessive body heat , and works as supportive medicine to diseased children and old age people.

2 . FOOD FOR DIABETIC PATIENTS.

jowar  crystallized  flour

grind the jowar , make flour , cook like meal and eat.

uses  -  controls diabetes

3 . FOR BODY STRENGTH

make buns ( rotis ) with jowar flour and eat regularly..

uses  -  fat formation in the body will be controlled and strengthens the body.

4 . FOR BODY HEAT

boiled rice
water
jowar flour
salt

boil the water ,then add boiled rice , jowar flour and salt , mix well , make like thick paste. then make luke warm lumps and eat
