AYURVEDIC OIL FOR BODY PAINS ( SHOOLA MARDANA THAILAM )

mustard oil - 100 gm
rectified spirit - 100 gm
camphor - 25 gm
garlic juice - 25 gm

take the spirit in a large bottle , mix the camphor ,shake well the bottle to mix the camphor in the spirit.
then add garlic juice and shake again , at the end add mustard oil. this is called "  shoola mardana thailam"

apply this oil on the body pains , twice or thrice a day . massage well

uses - cures all types of body pains.waist pain, joint pains etc will be cured

HOW TO MAKE BODY LOTION AT HOME ?

1. rose water - 3 table spoons
glycerin - 1 spoon
lemon juice - 2 tea spoons

mix all the above and store in a small bottle , keep it in fridge. use as per the need to keep your skin smooth.

2. rose water - 1 cup
borax powder - 1 tea spoon
warm olive oil - 2 tea spoons


mix the above well , and add some lavender water , mix well. use it after some time.

3.  soap powder - 3 tea spoons
water - 1/4 cup

mix the above and warm up it ,then add

olive oil - 4 spoons
glycerin - 1 tea spoon

mix well all the above and use it to get face brightness
