1. FOR MIGRAINE

mustard oil - 3 drops

drop the oil in to the nostril ( for left side headache drop in to left nostril , for right side headache ,dro it in to right side nostril. )

uses - migraine will be cured.

2 . FOR TOOTHACHE AND GUM SWELLING

mustard oil - 1 spoon
salt - 1 spoon

mix the above and apply ,massage well on the teeth and gums.

uses - toothache and gum swelling will be cured.
