DR . ELCHURI RECIPE TO BE FIT AND YOUNG

Guntagalagara ( bhringaraj)leaves powder, - 1 part
 fried a little nuvvula powder ,- 1 part
 aamla powder - 1 part

take the equal parts of above and make the mixture..

Take 1 spoon powder with 1 spoon honey or with 1 spoon cow ghee ,later drink luke warm milk ..,daily do this in the early morning with empty stomach..
