SUMMER HEALTH TIPS BY DR.IVATURI RAMAKRISHNA





1. Avoid the use of talcum powder .Instead of this use the mixture of pachcha karpooram one snap and 4 spoons of sandal wood powder( manchi gandhapu chekka podi ).




2. Take the food articles that are made up of OLD RICE ,WHEAT ,HONEY. Drink sweet mango juice.Then drink butter milk ( majjiga ) to reduce the adverse effects of mango juice.


3. Drink draakshaarishta ,shaaribadyaarishta each 4 spoons with 4 spoons of water thrice a day i.e. morning ,afternoon , and evening..


4. It is very better to drink sugar cane juice added with lemon juice..


5. Avoid cool drinks ,Drink butter milk added with lemon juice ,2 pieces of ginger ,one snap of vaamu ,and karivepaaku .Drink this daily at 11 o clock in the noon and at 4 o clock in the evening....This provides piece to the both body and mind..

i) Little stout bodied persons who feel cold often should follow this ..


Take equal parts of shonti ,vegisa chekka ,chandanam ,thunga musthalu , add double quantity of water to this ...boil and make juice ,filter and drink the juice of this mixture..


ii) Take karakkaaya bark and soak in the water in the noon and eat this at night..


7. Eat amla pickle ( usiri pachchadi ) in the first lump of meal..


8. Avoid sleeping in the day time .and avoid heavy cool food ,very sweet ,very soar food..


9. Take rest towards southside wind ( dakshinapu gaali )in the afternoon..


10. The season changing time i.e. the middle of june ,sleep 1 hour in the afternoon.and on a sun day drink 3 spoons of thriphala churna with 1/2 glass of luke warm water..
